This Weeks Message- (scripture taken from King James Version) "DREAMING THE IMPOSSIBLE" And Joseph dreamed
a dream, and he told it his brethren: and they hated him yet the more. And he said unto them, Hear, I pray you, this
dream which I have dreamed: For, behold, we were binding sheaves in the field, and, lo, my
sheaf arose, and also stood upright; and, behold, your sheaves stood round about, and made
obeisance to my sheaf. And his brethren said
to him, Shalt thou indeed reign over us? Or shalt thou indeed have dominion over us? And they hated him yet the more for his dreams,
and for his words. And he dreamed yet another
dream, and told it his brethren, and said, Behold, I have dreamed a dream more; and
behold, the sun and the moon and the eleven stars made obeisance to me. And he told it to his father, and to his brethren:
and his father rebuked him, and said unto him, What is this dream that thou hast dreamed? Shall I and thy mother and thy brethren indeed
come to bow down ourselves to thee to the earth? And
his brethren envied him; but his father observed the saying. (Gen 37:5-11) The seed of a dream, planted into the heart of a believer,
conceived of God and waiting to be birthed. The
growth will not be easy, and the labor process may be most painful, but when this dream
has grown to full term then the life of it shall emerge.
No longer shall it be a dream, but full manifestation! Beloved, dare to keep dreaming the impossible! Remember that weeping
may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning and They that
sow in tears shall reap in joy. Here in the book of Genesis, Chapter 37, Joseph is given a dream. The interpretation of the dream is also clearly
given by God, through his own brothers who despised him for even uttering the words he
spoke. They were ignorant of the plan of God
and saw their brother Joseph as merely arrogant and prideful. Even Jacob (Israel), Josephs father rebuked
him because of the dream. However he did keep
the matter of the dreams close to his heart for even Jacob knew in his spirit,
Josephs dreams were conceived by God. In the natural, these dreams appear impossible having no chance of
fulfillment. But, when a dream is conceived
by The Father Himself, it is not only possible, but the outcome of fulfillment is ABSOLUTE! Envious of the favor upon Joseph, his brothers devised a plan to
get rid of him and ultimately his dreams. The
original plan was to kill him and report back to Jacob that a beast had gotten hold of and
murdered his beloved son Joseph. However
Rueben, Jacobs eldest and first born son, instructed the other brothers not to kill
Joseph, but rather cast him into a pit. His
intentions were to later return to the pit, and rescue Joseph out of it. The brothers all agreed to the plan, but later
when a band of Ishmaelites were passing through from Gilead, Joseph was sold into Egyptian
Slavery. Now lets stop here for a moment. If the story of Joseph had ended with he being
sold into slavery, the dreams he kept so close to his heart would have ended also. There would have been no hope of those dreams ever
manifesting. They would have been only dreams
Joseph dreamt, and not dreams given by the Lord
Mans dreams and not Gods. Now, reflect for a moment on the dream that has
been planted in your heart by God. Does it appear to have died, like Josephs? Does it appear
impossible of ever manifesting, like Josephs? Has
the growth of it appeared to have abruptly come
to an end, like Josephs? Have you
begun to feel that perhaps it may have been just
a dream, as possibly Joseph? Resurrect that dream in your heart as we continue
the story of Joseph that did NOT end when he was sold into slavery, but just the
opposite. The growth of his dreams began, and
the birth of those dreams was only a short distance away.
For you see, what the Lord plants WILL
be watered, and WILL come forth! In continuing the story of Joseph, God took what the devil had
meant for evil, and turned it around for good. Not
only was Joseph given great favor in the eyes of Pharaoh, but was also given position of
ruler over Pharaohs house, the people, and the Land of Egypt. Joseph was greatly blessed and ultimately every
portion of the dreams God had given him came to pass, including his brothers who did
indeed bow before him. The Lord allowed the
plot of Josephs brothers to take place, that
he may use it to Glorify Himself. This serves
to prove that no matter how impossible a situation may appear, or how many obstacles may
be placed in your path, the Lord WILL use it to bring forth that which was
conceived in you. The story of Joseph gives a perfect example in describing the
transition from a seed planted, to growth, to labor and travail, and finally BIRTH!
The process wasnt easy, but the end results came forth exactly as the
Lord had planned. Beloved, when God has given
you a dream, He WILL bring it to pass. If you choose to no longer carry it and would
rather abort it, He will find another womb that would hold tight to that seed and would be
willing to go through the painful labor process to bring forth its birth! If you are examining your dream right now and it appears to be at a
stand still, or like Joseph, youve been tossed in a ditch of despair, this is when
the Lord will take and use what the devil meant for evil and turn it all around for good. The Lord IS faithful, and will bring to pass HIS
DREAM impregnated in you. Possibly you may
ask how do I know it is indeed the Lords dream and not something Ive
thought of myself? It is the
Lords dream entrusted to you when that dream is IMPOSSIBLE for YOU to fulfill by your own doing, and when
the impossible is made POSSIBLE He
and ONLY He will receive the Glory. It is the Lords dream when the substance,
the purpose and plan of it Glorifies Him. It
is the Lords dream when it fulfills the promises of HIS WORD. If you are dreaming a dream thats far beyond
your reach; where absolutely NOTHING you
seek to do would bring it to pass; where if
its going to be fulfilled GOD the Father
has to be the one to do it; where in and through it all HE will be glorified; then it is
the Lords dream entrusted to you to carry, to nurture, to BIRTH! Be
Faithful my friend and endure to the end! You will also know when it is the Lords vision for there will
be times you may feel youve labored too long and are tired of carrying the dream. Your desire is to give birth for the weight
becomes heavy and the pressure near to unbearable, but the time is not quite yet. There would be times youd desire to abort
it, but try as you may youll not be able to let go.
It is embedded deep within your spirit and to abort it, would be like
aborting a part of yourself. HOLD ON TO YOUR DREAM dear one, for you shall soon
give birth to it. Keep in mind also my dear brothers and sisters, when the Lord
plants a seed of a great dream in your heart, dont send out announcements to
everyone for NOT ALL will rejoice with you. There
will be some as Josephs brothers were, wholl become envious being spiritually
ignorant that the dream was given to you by the Lord and not of yourself. Such walk according to the flesh and not the
Spirit seeking to bring discouragement to you with negative, faithless speech. Their inward desire is that the hope of your
dreams would be destroyed. I speak not of
unbelievers, but some who profess the Lord Jesus and are named a brother or sister. Be spiritually discerning beloved. Know that the Lord will send you faithful ones who
have the heart of Christ and like you, desire to see HIS dream in YOU fulfilled. They will become your midwives so to
speak, to help see you through your term. They
will nurture you through prayer and speak encouragement to you in the continual confessing
of HIS WORD. They will feed you healthy meat
and be with you during the growth of the Lords seed of vision in you. And, when the time comes and you are ready to give
birth, they will be there with you preparing to rejoice. Hold on dear one, remember HE is faithful! When it appears the seed isnt growing, this is the time that IT IS! Now go ahead .. DARE to keep DREAMING THE IMPOSSIBLE. HE WILL make it possible! For it is HIS DREAM! I love you all so very much. Have a blessed week in the Lord and remember: Whatever we do, do ALL for the GLORY of GOD, who ALONE is worthy of the GLORY and the PRAISE! May the peace of the Lord be with you today and always .
